Starfish Ministries develops foster care programs and resources around the real needs of children and youth in foster care and the families who care for them throughout Central Louisiana. Our goal is not simply to meet an immediate need, but to build relationships, strengthen support systems, create opportunities, and help young people build hopeful futures.
